The history of Paradice City

A city built on tin, sweat and delusional optimism

Paradice City was founded by people running away who couldn't afford to leave. These days it has a casino, a bar with a seafood buffet of documented reputation, and a newspaper that has never printed a bad word about anyone. Everyone here wants something. Usually your chips.

FAQ

What is PowerSuit?

PowerSuit is a free-to-play social casino game set in Paradice City, a run-down 1980s desert gambling town. You play Texas Hold'em poker, blackjack, roulette, Plinko, slots and more with free chips that have no cash value, on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows. There are no ads, and no real money anywhere in it. Read the full answer

Is PowerSuit free?

Yes — free to download and free to play. Your chips are free, they top up through the day, and there are no ads. Optional purchases exist — chip packs, cosmetics, the season pass — but nothing about the games ever needs your money. Read the full answer

Can you win real money on PowerSuit?

No. PowerSuit is free-to-play entertainment: the chips have no cash value, there is no cash-out, and no prize converts to real money. Nothing goes in, nothing comes out. Read the full answer

What games are in PowerSuit?

Seven games: Texas Hold'em poker cash tables, jackpot sit & go tournaments, blackjack, American roulette, Plinko, PowerPump and the Lucky Saddles slots — all free to play. Read the full answer

Is PowerSuit rigged?

No. Every deal, spin and drop is decided on our servers by a cryptographically secure random number generator, and every result is recorded. And since the chips have no cash value, a rigged game would have nothing to gain: there's no house bankroll to protect. Read the full answer

The house rules

  • No real money. Ever. Chips are chips. You cannot buy your way to a cash-out because there is nothing to cash out.
  • No ads. Your losing streak will not be interrupted by a mattress commercial.
  • No AI art. Every frame is hand-placed pixel art. The sweat on Duke's forehead took a real person real time.
  • Free chips every 4 hours. The city has a welfare system. It is chips.

Why we built it this way

Who makes PowerSuit: Paradice City?

PowerSuit: Paradice City is developed by Lucky Deck Gaming — a core three-person team: David (development), James (art & creative direction) and Ash (marketing). No publisher, no corporate board telling us to add a spin wheel. Just us doing the drawings and writing the code.
