The Discord is the fastest route: post in the support channel and the team will get back to you as quickly as we can. You can also email info@powersuit.app. PowerSuit is made by three people, so you're talking to the people who can actually fix it.
The fastest way to reach us is the Discord — post what happened in the support channel and the team will pick it up as quickly as we can. PowerSuit is a three-person studio, which cuts both ways: there’s no 24-hour ticket desk, but the person reading your bug report is usually the person who can fix it, and nothing gets lost in a queue.
Not on Discord? Email info@powersuit.app and it reaches the same three people.
When you report a bug, the useful details are the boring ones: what device you’re on, what you were doing when it happened, and what the game did instead of the right thing. A screenshot earns genuine gratitude.
If it’s not broken so much as wrong — an idea, a complaint, a strong opinion about the calamari — the Discord takes that too. Feedback shapes what gets built next, and the town has never once suffered from a shortage of opinions.
