How our free Texas Hold'em tables workEvery drop is the same honest machine

The rules at our poker tables

Every deck is shuffled on our servers by a cryptographically secure random number generator before the first card moves, and every hand is recorded. The shuffle doesn't know who's sitting down, what they've bought or how their week has gone. What happens after the deal is down to the players.

Poker practice with no real money (and yes, you can play against AI)

Most "free poker" is a real-money room's waiting area, and most "practice" apps are slot machines wearing a poker face. Ours is the practice environment the search results keep promising and not delivering:

  • Real opponents when you want them. Live multiplayer against a town of 10,000+ players.
  • AI opponents when you don't. When seats are short, realistic AI players fill them, which also makes our tables the honest answer to "how do I play poker against a computer": sit at quiet stakes and drill against opponents who never tire, never sulk, and never ask for a rematch stake.
  • Nothing at stake but chips. Free chips every 4 hours, a bankruptcy grant when the river gets personal, and no deposit button anywhere. Why there's no real money.
  • Stakes you can grow into. Blinds run from 5/10 to 250/500, so you can learn cheap and move up when your stack says so.

This is what a social casino does at its best: the whole game, none of the gamble.

Free poker tournaments: Jackpot SNG

Cash tables not urgent enough? Jackpot SNG is our tournament format: 3 players, a random jackpot multiplier from 2x to 1,000x revealed at the start, winner takes it, done in minutes. It has its own page, its own rhythm, and a relationship with patience best described as brief.

The regulars at Paradice City's poker tables

Duke Del Monte considers himself the sharpest-dressed player in the city, a claim complicated by the sweat. His lawyer, Sal Klein, sits two seats to his left and has never played a hand he couldn't bill somebody for. Randy Eagles parked Duke's car once and reports that the ashtray was full of IOUs, some of them signed by Duke to himself.

The table takes all kinds. The blinds take everyone.

FAQ

Is this poker really free?

Yes. PowerSuit's Texas Hold'em is free with no real money involved: 10,000 chips on signup, free chips every 4 hours, and no deposit option anywhere in the game.

Can I practice poker without real money?

Yes, and it's the point. Every table runs on chips with no cash value, so you can try the play you'd never risk with money and see what happens.

Are the opponents real people?

Mostly. The cash tables are live multiplayer against other players. When seats are short, realistic AI players fill them so a table is always there, and you can tell which is which.

Is the deal rigged?

No. Every deck is shuffled on our servers by a cryptographically secure random number generator before the first card moves, and every hand is recorded. The shuffle doesn't know who's at the table.

Is free poker good practice for real money?

It's honest practice for the game: real opponents, real blinds, real decisions. But success here doesn't predict success at real-money gambling, and we'd rather you never needed it to.
