1. Who you're dealing with

These terms are a contract between you and Lucky Deck Gaming LTD (company number 16954008, registered in England & Wales), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). They cover the PowerSuit game and this website. By playing the game or using the site, you accept them.

2. What PowerSuit is (and isn't)

PowerSuit is a free-to-play entertainment product featuring simulated casino-style games. It is not gambling: chips and all other in-game currencies are virtual items withno real-world monetary value. Whether topped up free, won in play or purchased, they cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for money or anything of value, and no game outcome awards real money or prizes.

3. Age

PowerSuit is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the game and this website.

4. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, exploit bugs, use automation or unauthorised third-party tools, harass other players, or attempt to trade virtual items for real-world value.

5. Purchases

Optional purchases (such as chip packs, cosmetics and the premium season pass) are processed by the relevant app store, whose terms also apply. Purchases are licences to use virtual items within the game, not property; they have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law or the app store's policy says otherwise. Virtual items may be changed or retired as the game evolves.

6. Our content

The game, this website, Paradice City and everything in them (art, characters, names, writing, code) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for playing the game. Don't copy, resell or misrepresent them as yours.

7. Service changes and availability

PowerSuit is a live service: features, games, balances and content change over time, and we can't promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; if we ever discontinue the whole game we'll give reasonable notice.

8. Liability

The game and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Virtual items have no monetary value, and no claim can be based on their loss as if they did.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep any protections and venue rights your local law gives you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the game or on this site with a revised date. Continuing to play after a change means the new terms apply.
